This collection brings together Tucson Police Department releases, campus case histories and local reporting. It covers reported scenes on the city’s east, west, north and south sides, as well as University of Arizona cases. The directory counts victims individually, including people killed in shared incidents.
The date on each card identifies an incident, discovery or medical response. A later arrest or sentence is recorded separately. Mia Henderson’s record includes the 2013 resentencing rather than repeating the original sentence alone. Other records remain limited to a dated police announcement.
South Tucson is a separate municipality. A Tucson mailing address, hospital arrival or suspect’s residence does not by itself establish where an attack occurred. Annemarie Landavazo’s card explicitly identifies the response location because police had not established the shooting scene in the reviewed release. Uncertain locations have no invented map coordinates.

Homicide investigation; no homicide charge in initial release
Police reported evidence that the woman who shot Johnson had been assaulted. They brought unrelated evidence/prosecution charges but no homicide charge in the October 3 release. Held separately pending disposition review.
Supporting source ↗Murder-suicide; victim-role reconciliation needed
Police identified Jamie Crystal Macias and Shaunon Larry Thomas in a suspected murder-suicide. The reviewed release does not explicitly assign the homicide victim and shooter roles, so neither is added to the named main count.

Arrests, pending investigations and murder convictions are different outcomes. The Juan F. Lopez record describes a fatal shooting submitted for review with no arrest in the cited release. Historical convictions and sentences are dated snapshots; later appeals or changes may not be represented. Perpetrator suicides are excluded from victim counts.
Records are checked against official material and established reporting. Dates of discovery are distinguished from dates of attack. A source’s reported arrest or verdict is dated; no later outcome is assumed. Precise coordinates are left unset when the location is uncertain.
