Explore Orange County homicide records by city. Browse Anaheim and Santa Ana cases with victim histories, dated legal outcomes, location notes and source links.
The 1996–2026 research audit remains incomplete. Coverage and remaining work
This hub connects the first two Orange County collections. City records are counted once: the county and California landing pages do not add duplicate victims to the site total. Other Orange County cities are not yet represented in this release.
Anaheim includes the GardenWalk deaths, the Cuomo and Bahm apartment killings, and historical cases with prosecution records. Santa Ana includes historical sentencing reports and the two Santa Ana victims of the August 2019 attacks that also affected Garden Grove. Browse the individual records for source links and dated outcomes.
Use the reported attack or discovery location, not the victim’s home city, arrest location or court venue. A Santa Ana dateline on an Orange County District Attorney release does not automatically establish a Santa Ana crime scene. An Anaheim mailing address can also require a check for unincorporated county territory.
Multi-victim events have separate victim records. Multi-city events are split by location. Unverified coordinates are left blank, so these two directories currently provide written locations without case pins.
A charge is an allegation, while a conviction or sentence needs its own supporting report. Older appeals and arrest announcements are dated snapshots. They do not by themselves establish that a case is currently unsolved or still awaiting trial.
For primary research, start with the Orange County District Attorney’s releases, the agency source on each record and later court reporting. Each city offers a CSV download for checking this collection.
No. These are 107 researched victim records in two cities, not an exhaustive county history. The pages cannot establish comparative safety or a homicide rate. Read the inclusion and verification standards.
